We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of our platform’s technical delivery and drive innovation.

YOUR ROLE AT SCISPORTS

As Lead Developer, you’ll be the technical heartbeat of our company. You will own the delivery and evolution of our product platform, coordinating closely with development to ensure high-quality, timely releases. From driving architectural decisions to resolving critical technical challenges, you’ll lead from the center and make sure our technology scales seamlessly. You will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with product, development, and customer-facing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead full-stack development of our platform, working hands-on with backend C#/.NET, frontend Vue.js, and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
  

• Drive the integration and application of AI technologies into our software, helping build intelligent features that enhance sports analytics
  

• Own the delivery, scalability, and reliability of high-quality software that combines traditional engineering with AI capabilities
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate AI insights into impactful user-facing features
  

• Mentor and support developers in best practices for building AI-enabled applications alongside core software development
  

• Ensure solid architecture, testing, and deployment processes that support AI workloads and scalable services
  

• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical challenges related to AI integration and cloud operations
  

• Act as a technical leader, helping guide the company’s technology direction with a strong focus on AI and innovation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You bring:

• Proven full-stack development experience with C#/.NET backend and Vue.js frontend
  

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure, including deployment and scaling
  

• Experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning technologies, with an understanding of how to integrate AI into production software
  

• Ability to lead technical projects that blend software engineering with AI innovation
  

• Sound architectural skills to design modular, scalable systems that support AI features
  

• Awareness of UX/UI principles and how AI can enhance user experience
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive ownership of technical challenges
  

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  

• Independent and accountable work ethic, passionate about leveraging AI to push the boundaries of sports technology
  

• Passion for sports tech is a plus
