We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operational delivery and scale our impact.
YOUR ROLE AT SCISPORTS
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our company. You will manage the delivery engine behind our product suite and oversee the complex network of internal and external stakeholders involved in that process.
From aligning with development teams on release timelines, to resolving client escalations, to streamlining how we work with data capture partners - you’ll lead from the center and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with development and customer-facing teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and mentor the operations team to execute with clarity, accountability, and operational excellence
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of our data and capture services, meeting or exceeding SLAs
Supervise and coordinate quality assurance processes across the entire SciSports product suite to ensure data coverage, depth, and completeness align with industry standards
Align delivery processes with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Success
Act as the operational link between clients, partners, and internal teams - balancing expectations and resolving friction
Oversee workflows across external vendors and partners to ensure consistency and performance
Drive operational readiness and scalability as we grow internationally
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas in delivery and execution
Implement and evolve tooling, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and drive transparency
Embed a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and customer-centric thinking
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a structured, proactive, and experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You know how to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver at scale with a sharp focus on quality and reliability. Working hours may include evenings and weekends, as the football world operates beyond the standard office schedule.

Lead by example while managing a team of operations specialists
Experience with process management, customer delivery, and quality assurance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Affinity with football and sports tech
Proven experience in operations leadership within a technology or data-driven company
You have at least three years of experience in a similar or related role
Fluent in both written and spoken English
You’re based in the Netherlands and are willing to come into the office regularly
